Recommendations during our guided tours in Seville
It is possible to book a bike tour in Seville with Centerbici at any time of the year and enjoy the extensive historical, artistic and cultural heritage. We do advise you to always wear comfortable clothes and shoes and keep in mind the following tips in the summer:
- Remember to always carry a bottle of water. It is very important to stay hydrated. We recommend to drink at least 2 litres of water a day. If it gets very hot, its best to drink before you get thirsty to avoid dehydration or a heat stroke. There are numerous drinking fountains in the city and/or places where you can buy water. We always provide a bottle of water when you book a tour with us.
- Protect yourself from the sun, especially in the middle of the day. It is helpful to cover your head with a hat or cap and use sunscreen for your skin. It is also important to wear sunglasses with UV protection and light, lightweight and breathable clothing.
- Avoid physical efforts, especially in the hottest hours of the day. Its always better to excercise in the morning or evening.
